Security

Report security concerns via our security report form. Do not post exploit details in public issues.

Common topics

  • Sign in. Use the same email you registered with. Force-quit and retry on a stable network if Auth0 stalls.
  • Subscriptions. Managed via Apple ID → Subscriptions. In Bitecast: Settings → View Plans or Restore.
  • Sandbox testing. TestFlight billing uses a Sandbox Apple ID (Settings → App Store → Sandbox Account) — separate from Bitecast login.
  • Dirty Hands voice. Cook Mode only; tap the orange control to opt in. Say next please or Hey Bitecast, next please.

Response time

We read GitHub support issues during beta and aim to respond within a few business days. Billing issues: include your Apple ID email (never your password) and a screenshot of Settings if possible.
